A legal disclaimer

The purpose of integrated bodywork by Forward Fluidity and any of it's practitioners is to improve movement, performance, and well-being in the healthy horse or dog.  A veterinarian should be consulted if there are any physcial concerns about the horse or dog.

  • Integrated bodywork modalities are for general wellness and do not substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment by a licensed veterinarian or veterinary specialist.

  • Forward Fluidity and it's practitioners do not diagnose conditions, treat injuries or illnesses, prescribe medications, or perform medical procedures.

  • It is the clients responsibility to disclose all relevant health history, injuries, or contraindications, and clients assume full responsibility for their health choices.

  • Forward Fluidity maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate or sexual misconduct, specifying that sessions will be terminated immediately if violated. 

  • Forward Fluidity and it's practitioners assume no liability for unexpected physical reactions or injuries stemming from un-disclosed medical conditions.

  • Integrated bodywork complements but does not replace medical care.  Contraindications for bodywork include acute injury or illness (bodywork should be implemented only after heat and inflammation have gone down), fever or temperature, infectious skin conditions, infectious diseases, shock or extreme exhaustion, pregnancy, and arthritis (the goal is to release muscle tension, NOT increase range of motion, especially around the neck, withers and back).

  • Feel free to text, call, or email booking requests.  I respond most quickly to text messages and typically check email first thing in the morning.  Forward Fluidity requires 24 hours notice for cancellation and charges a $65 fee for last minute cancellations.  Refunds for services rendered are not offered.

  • Venmo is currently Forward Fluidity's preferred method of payment, but other forms are accepted.  Payment is expected on the day of service.

  • All content, logos, and materials on the Forward Fluidity website are the property of either Forward Fluidity or the Masterson Method organization and no unauthorized copying is permited. Users may not use Forward Fluidity contact forms, booking systems, or interactive community features.
